Not satisfied with your purchase?
At GOBBISPORT, we value our customers' satisfaction. We hope you are always satisfied with your purchases, but if you don't like the goods, no problem! You have 30 days from delivery to make your return and receive your refund.
How to make a RETURN?
1. Write to us at shop@gobbisport.com to let us know that you wish to return the item(s) purchased. If you would like to add a reason, we are happy to receive it, it is not compulsory, but it helps us to improve our service.
2. Prepare the parcel, preferably in the same packaging (essential for shoes!) in which it arrived, include the original receipt and your IBAN in case of payment by bank transfer to enable us to process the refund.
3. Send us the parcel via your trusted shipping service (FedEx, DHL, UPS, BRT... ) to:

RETURNS: once the package has been received, the returned items will be inspected by our team, which will check their condition within 7 working days, reserving the right to assess any further charges that may be necessary to ensure that the returned items can be put back on sale. If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, respecting all the conditions, you will receive an e-mail of acceptance of the return. The refund will be made by crediting the payment method used at the time of purchase. In case of bank transfer we will need to receive your IBAN. The timing of the re-credit is subject to interbank agreements.
REPLACEMENT: To proceed with a size or colour change, we advise you to contact us to verify the actual existence of the item to be replaced. The two orders will be treated as independent orders, we should then receive a new order and a request for the return of the first order placed. In this case, for the return and delivery of the new item we can activate the GLS EXCHANGE service at a cost of 15€, thus guaranteeing delivery of the new item and collection of the old one at the same time, saving time and money. And environmentally friendly. There is no need to download or fill out any forms, just place the item back in the original box complete with every piece and tag, pack everything in the box if possible, and remove the label. The courier will take care of the rest.
Cases in which the right of withdrawal lapses:
- return after 30 days from the date of receipt;
- even partial use of the product;
- lack of the outer wrapping and/or original packaging and tag;
- opening of the package/packaging that affects the use of the product (e.g. rope unravelling!);
- absence of integral elements of the product;
IMPORTANT:
- For VAT-registered purchasers, the invoice will only be issued upon acceptance of the order. Please send us a Kind reminder by e-mail or WhatsApp message, if you don't hear from us.
- In the case of items purchased in sets comprising several products, such as via ferrata sets or rope + grigri + quickdraws sets, the return is only valid if you return the complete kit and not the individual components. Semi-finished made-to-measure and customised products such as rope sections and lanyards by the metre are excluded from the right of return and cannot be returned.
- When returning ropes, it is imperative that they are not unwound. Uncoiling or spinning the rope affects the rope's performance and once done, no longer configures the rope as good as brand new.
